Returns
If you decide you're not in love with your Little Heir piece or it has arrived damaged you are eligible to apply for a return or exchange. This excludes all final sale pieces. All return requests must be submitted to littleheircustomer.care@gmail.com within (14) days of receiving your package. Please include your full name, and your order number.
Please make the correct sizing selections before the time of checkout. If you're unsure of your correct sizing, refer to our sizing chart page. If you have additional sizing questions, you can contact Little Heir via our contact page with a detailed message. A customer care associate will assist you in a timely manner of 24 hours or less.
Inquiries about return items, damaged items and questions or concerns should be forwarded directly to littleheircustomer.care@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number with a detailed message.
Once you receive an approval email from little heir customer care in regard to your return request, a return address will be provided. Upon receiving the return address, all returned items must be shipped and include a tracking number. You will immediately forward the tracking number to littleheircustomercare@gmail.com with your full name. All returned items must be received by the little heir warehouse within (7) calendar days once they are shipped. This will be extended to (14) calendar days for international returns. If the returned pieces are not received within (7) calendar days or (14) calendar days for international returns the request will be deemed invalid. In that event a refund will not be issued. The Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Full refunds will be issued within 48 hours of little heir receiving the returned merchandise. We will confirm that the returned product(s) were received via your provided contact information (Email or Phone). Refunds are issued back to original payment method used via our website.
Exchanges
In order for pieces to be exchanged, items must not be worn, used, or tampered with. Pieces must be in original packaging with original tags.
If items returned are in less than perfect condition, aside from the damaged section, an exchange will not be accepted. Exchange requests must be submitted to littleheircustomer.care@gmail.com within (14) days of receiving your package. Please include your full name, your order number, a detailed description of the damaged section, and a picture of the damaged section included. Upon approval a return address will be provided. You will follow the instructions for returns as provided above.
Little Heir will do our best to provide an exchange at or above the value of your damaged item but due to small batch exclusivity we cannot guarantee you will have access to the exact same item. If the same piece is not available, you will have the choice to receive another piece of equal or greater value or a full refund. If we are experiencing a sold-out event, you will have the option to receive a refund or a piece from the upcoming collection.
Little Heir LLC reserves the right to deny any returns that do not adhere to these conditions.
